For the fifth year in a row, Dubai has been ranked the cleanest city in the world. The ranking comes from the latest Global Power City Index (GPCI) by the Mori Memorial Foundation in Japan. This achievement reflects Dubai’s commitment to sustainability and setting global standards for urban living.

- Dubai scored 100% satisfaction in city cleanliness under the environment pillar, outperforming 47 other cities.
- The city implements the Dubai Integrated Garbage Management Strategy 2041, targeting 100% landfill diversion and an 18% waste reduction.
Dubai Municipality ensures year-round cleanliness through its skilled workforce and 855 advanced vehicles. These initiatives cover roads, waterways, public spaces, and more. The Municipality also incorporates eco-friendly technologies like electric vehicles and smart waste systems.
