The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin
Renowned British luxury carmaker Aston Martin, known for its appearances in James Bond films, has ventured into the upscale real estate market of the UAE. In collaboration with Dar Global, a London-listed luxury real estate developer, Aston Martin has introduced ‘The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin’, a lavish beachfront residential project located on the Al Marjan islands in Ras Al Khaimah.
This venture, with a total Gross Development Value of Dh900 million (.£200 million), marks Aston Martin’s inaugural foray into real estate design in the Middle East. Following the success of the Aston Martin Residences in Miami and other notable design partnerships in the United States and Japan, the Astera project signifies the fusion of the carmaker’s sophisticated design ethos with high-performance precision craftsmanship, now applied to luxury living spaces.
Situated near the highly anticipated Wynn Resort, The Astera promises to be a distinguished Arabian Sea landmark upon its completion by December 2028. Featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with three-bedroom villas, the development offers residents the allure of a secluded private beach.
