Luxury Penthouse at Nobu Residences Sets Record Sales
In Abu Dhabi, a three-bedroom penthouse at Nobu Residences sold for $38 million, setting a new benchmark for residential property.
The sale breaks previous records, reaching over AED96,000 per square meter.
Aldar, the developer, also sold a four-bedroom duplex for AED130 million at the same development.

Nobu Residences, due to be finished in 2027, will provide upscale services and amenities consistent with the Nobu brand.
The penthouse offers a terrace with a view of the cultural district and a private pool, fully furnished with opulent Japanese design elements, like the duplex.
